They were very supportive (nurses, doctors).
The waiting time was bit longer than I expected.
So I think they can be improved.

They sympathise with you I felt cared for until like the treatment I received at Newham
Only improvement would be for regular toilet cleaning.

Good - I received the care I needed straight away. Staff were very kind and encouraged me to breathe through my contraction pains.
Improved - helping me with baby with delivery - baby was in water for a bit as I panicked but staff helped once I asked which was great.

The work the staff do is none stop and they really do make a difference.
Unfortunately there was a gentleman in distress and he subsequently died being n a ward I found that disturbing as I am about to undergo cancer treatment.
A side room for him would have been less disturbing for those around.
